4 Months Old

Peyla turned 4 months old last Sunday- we can hardly believe how quickly the time is going by! She now weighs 12 lbs 1 oz and is 24 inches long. "Long and lean" her doctor says. She is starting to roll over, loves to explore her hands and smiles & chatters up a storm. It's amazing how much her presence fills us up!

Sleeping -dare we say it- unswaddled! There is hope. :)

My First Pumpkin

Brendon and I took Peyla to pick out her first pumpkin today! We visited Freeman Farms in Chino Valley. It was a little warm but we had a lot of fun!

Viva Mexico!

Brendon and I took Peyla down to Mexico with my folks last weekend. It was a little humid but we enjoyed ourselves and Peyla had fun taking in her new surroundings!

Peyla loves it when Brendon plays "Supergirl" with her. He flies her through the air- complete with the theme song! She can conquer the world at only 14 weeks!

Who needs coffee when there is a sweet girl to wake up to?? Peyla's smile in the morning is one of my most favorite sights in the whole world! What a way to start my day...

Our trip to Show Low

Brendon and I took Peyla up to Show Low to escape the heat and have a little road trip. She really enjoyed herself! We also had a picnic at Fool Hollow Lake and she LOVED the trees!
